Wunderschöne Häusergruppe des 16. Jahrhunderts aus 8 Wohnungen bestanden und in den Weinberge des Chianti Classico Gebiets gelegen. Das Landgut zeigt noch das Wappen des Sternforschers Galileo Galilei, der lang hier aufhielt und durch die süßen Hügel dieser Landschaft sich inspirieren ließ.
Dank der sorgfältigen Renovierung (2010) bieten die Wohnungen die ehemaligen architektonischen Besonderheiten. Das Landgut liegt im Herzen des Chianti Calssico Gebiets, kurz weit von den malerischen Dörfer Panzano und Castellina in Chianti, Radda in Chianti, Gaiole und Greve in Chianti.
Die gemütlichen Wohnungen sind geräumig und gut eingerichtet in rustikalem Stil mit Betten aus Schmiedeeisen und Kleiderschränke auf Antik gemacht. Der Außenbereich ist gut gepflegt und bietet den Gästen die Möglichkeit naturverbunden sich zu entspannen. Die Zufahrtstrasse ist unasphaltiert, aber in gutem Zustand.
Entfernungen: Panzano mit mehreren Geschäften 6 Km, Castellina in Chianti 8 Km, Siena 35 Km, San Gimignano 38 Km, Florenz (Flughafen) 50 Km, Pisa (Flughafen) 130 Km.
Zur Verfügung der Gäste:großer Außenbereich, Schwimmbad zur Mitbenutzung (12x6, Mindesttiefe 1,4 m, Hoechsttiefe 1,6 m, geöffnet 1/05 bis 30/09), Ankleiderraum, Toilette, Außendusche (Kalt-, und Warmwasser) in der Nähe des Pools.
Ankünfte zwischen 16.00 und 19.00 Uhr. Ankünfte nach 20.00 Uhr werden nicht akzeptiert.

Our stay at the villa (in Chianti 1) was absolutely fabulous and we would return again in a heartbeat. The hamlet is picturesque, nestled in the Tuscan hills- ideally located to explore the countryside and less than an hour (by car) from Florence and 30 min from Sienna. The villa is extremely well appointed and immaculately decorated, with views across the local vineyards in all directions. The nearest town, Castellina in Chinati (8 km away) is very well heeled with excellent restaurants. This villa is the perfect place to retreat for a Tuscan holiday! Kate, London

We could not have wished for a better base to see Tuscany. The directions provided were great right up and to the last step which caused us some difficulties. A bit more detail here would be appreciated.
The villa itself was absolutely ideal and we could not have wished for more. The surroundings were picturesque and quiet despite several families also staying in the villa. The pool and grounds were extremely well kept and it was so relaxing just to spend time in the grounds.
Our villa was stunning and personally, I don't think the pictures on the website did it justice. It was more than we could have ever hoped for. The beds were big and comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed and the sitting room was incredibly comfortable. There was more room than we knew what to do with!
The owners were incredibly helpful and came out at odd hours several times to help us out. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble.
I'd book this villa again in a heartbeat. I can't say a bad word about it!
