Das Ferienhaus ist ein altes Bauernhaus aus dem späten 1600. Es wurde komplett und geschickt restauriert und in 3 Wohneinheiten (eine davon ist von den Eigentümern bewohnt) geteilt.
Die Eigentümer wohnen im Obergeschoss und sind für die Gäste mit Informationen und Dienstleistungen hilfbereit.
Zur Verfügung der Gäste:
Schwimmbad mit römischer Treppe (14 x 6 mt, geöffnet vom 1. Mai bis 30. September) auf exklusive Benutzung der Gästen.
Es gibt auch einen Grill, Pizzaofen und ein großer Park.
Die 2 Wohnungen teilen die Terrasse zusammen.
Babybett kostenlos zur Verfügung.

Das Ferienhaus liegt nur 5 km vom Zentrum von Arezzo, Cortona 30 km, Florenz 60 km, Siena 55 km und Perugia 60 km
Very nice owners. They went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. It made all the difference!
We had a wonderful stay in January 2012. It was a little hard to find at first as it's a 5 minute walk from the main street. The owners speak French and Italian but very little English. That wasn't a problem for us. They were more than helpful with all of our needs. They went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. The villa is rustic, clean, comfortable beds. The kitchen was well equipped but could use things like a pairing knife, bread knife, cutting board, paper towels, those are a few things that I remember were missing. Otherwise, they supplied Olive oil, salt, pepper, etc. which was very nice. We did not use the grounds as it was cold outside. Over all, we would recommend this villa for the experience of meeting these wonderful owners and the tranquility it offers. The town of Arezzo has the nicest people!
